I always wondered why so many buildings of age didnt seem to match up with the current level of melbourne streets. And why the windows half below half above. And some barely showing yet still a window exists facing directly into earth. Enter the #mud_flood rabit hole. So the theory is that in the early to mid 1800’s or even 1700’s there was a world wide event that caused liquifaction of many landscapes. Inturn cities were inundated with mud flows. This cataclysm may have wiped out some civilizations specifically Tartaria. It is believed that some buildings in Australia predate European settlement and the mud flood. Europeans came after the mudflood and built cities over the remains of previous peoples settlements while raising the street levels. Some of the old footings can be seen in my video being used for new buildings as a base. These footings are not at a logical level.
